F.I.S.T., the leading sports and Esports global innovation platform, has partnered with the Chelsea Football Club Foundation (CFCF) to deliver the London conference on the 28th June 2019 at Stamford Bridge, Fulham. F.I.S.T. London will showcase technology innovation and advancements shaping the future of sport for fans, athletes and gamers in areas such as 5G, Immersive Tech, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain.

In addition to the one-day conference, there will be an Esports Tournament coinciding with the event to give sports executives a rare opportunity to interact and observe an actual Esports event.  Most sports executives know Esports is big, but not many have actually attended an event and interacted with gamers publishers etc.

Sam Barton, who works closely with both CFCF and F.I.S.T. notes that “F.I.S.T. provides delegates with a rare opportunity to not only hear from industry leaders in sports and gaming, but to observe an Esports exhibition and even try their hand at some of the games”.

Matt Mead Head of Education & Innovation Chelsea F.C.  “This is a pioneering way to continue our commitment to tech, innovation and enterprise through the F.I.S.T. World Series. Working alongside start-ups, sports teams, gamers, influencers, industry experts and creatives. Stamford Bridge is becoming a hub of innovation.”

The event is strategically timed to take place during the Cricket World Cup in UK as well as the Major League Baseball London Series, featuring iconic rivals, the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox. We are excited to have global speakers planned from both cricket and baseball in addition to Esports, football and other prominent UK sports.

Lastly, the event will also double as the Demo Day for the Hype Spin Accelerator at Loughborough University London.  Nine start-ups participating in the Hype Spin accelerator will be showcasing the next generation of sports tech. Both Hype Sports Innovation and Loughborough London are partners for this inaugural F.I.S.T. London event.

The main event is divided into three dedicated tracks occurring simultaneously around FAN, ATHLETE, & GAMER with 50+ would class speakers, panelists, and judges participating. Our pitch competition is also divided between the three categories with winners from each track going head to head in the afternoon spotlight session.  Early confirmed speakers include;
