Mic is Arsenal’s Head of CRM, a role he assumed in 2014 following successfully overseeing the clubs CRM transformation. Mic’s team are responsible for delivering a best in class CRM strategy in line with the clubs international development and are responsible for ensuring that the club maintains a consistent and relevant direct dialogue with its fan base across existing and emerging channels. Prior to joining Arsenal Mic established his CRM experience working for both tier one (Accenture) and specialist consultancies across the Financial Services, Retail, Automotive, Media, Communications and Technology industries with household names including Citifinancial, Boots Opticians, News International, Vodafone and Lloyds Banking Group.
